For twelve years, I worked as a massage therapist back when mobile massage wasn't yet a thing in London. I was part of one of the first companies in the city to bring treatments straight to hotels and homes. I loved the adventure of it: never knowing who was behind the next door, treating everyone from hotel guests to the occasional celebrity.
But I worked that way for far too long. Eventually I hit what I now call healer burnout, I injured myself and had to stop massaging completely. I took 3 months off to re asses what my body required and how to run my business in a sustainable way.
I also developed a new career when it was time to stop massage, and I became a project manager in an international company, which allowed me to learn so much and work with amazing creators, facilitators, coaches, and lawyers. I discovered a capacity for organising and creating systems that work, following the energy of each person or specialty.
Now I offer workshops, sessions, and programs that assist therapists, coaches, and creatives in embracing their business and creating an ecosystem that connects them to who they are and what they offer. I love offering this through my online classes, my programmes, and now here in Ireland, in person.
I also offer individual sessions for you and your body, in a place that you can relax and receive.
