SESSIONS FOR YOUR BODY with NATURE

The Full Reset

5 hours - €430.00

This is a half-day experience where we address your whole system walking in nature, grounding into the now, into your body, to receive the touch of change, of being, and to actually let that deeper change reach all the way into your being. Then we close by being with what was, and what is. This experience is for you, the you who knows more is possible. Life can be lighter. Your body can be without pain. Your energy can be the thing you live from.

Flow:

Arrival + nature walk (45–60 min) — grounding, talking, no agenda yet

Bodywork (90 min) — this is where the body gets to actually be touched and heard

Energy work + facilitation (90 min) — clearing what bodywork surfaced, naming what's underneath

Integration close (30 min) — sitting with what came up, naming one concrete next step

Light snack included in these experience.


The Stuck Point

3 hours - €300.00

For someone wrestling with one specific block a decision, a business pivot, a pattern they keep hitting. Facilitation-led, with body and energy work in service of making the insight land somewhere other than your head.

Flow:

Short walk (20–30 min) — used to open the conversation, not as a separate "nature part"

Facilitation conversation (60 min) — this is the core of the session

Bodywork or energy work (60 to 90 min) — embodying whatever got named, not floating off as an idea

The Walking Session

2 hours, flexible - €190.00

Nature isn't the warm-up here — it's the medium for the whole thing. For someone who processes better moving than sitting, or who wants something that doesn't feel like "an appointment."

Flow:

The walk is the spine of the session, start to finish

Facilitation conversation happens while moving

Body-based practices (breath, grounding, short hands-on work) done outdoors at natural pause points — using trees, ground, weather as part of it, not background

Optional: a shorter seated/touch component at the end if the client wants it
